i usually hate these long meme thingos but this one is basically my life. i adopted falcore when she was 10 yrs old and had cancer/no ears and was only said to have a couple of months left in her life. i adopted zigmond when he was 13 yrs old and only a day away from being put to sleep, and i adopted maloney when was one and a half (not that old but by shelter standards any cats over about 6 - 9 months are significantly less likely to be adopted) and the day before he was going to be put to sleep.
Yup. When I own my own place, I will do this. I am a sucker for a sob story and have never really LIKED kittens all that much anyway. Besides Dodge. Because he is perfect.
